Returns/Issues

Revival Roots Nursery does accept returns. If you notice severe damage to the plants when you open your shipment, we kindly ask for you to take a photo of the plants STILL IN THE BOX. Then, please fill out the short form below and upload a photo. We only accept return/damaged goods submissions within 24 hours of package delivery. We unfortunately cannot accept returns if any of the plants have been handled or removed from the packaging after delivery. Upon receipt of the completed Returns submission you can expect Revival Roots Nursery to process your claim within 7 days
