While this happens very rarely, we understand damage may occur during transit. We accept return requests HERE. If you notice damage when you open your shipment, we kindly ask for you to take a photo of the vegetable plants STILL IN THE BOX. Use the link above to fill out the short form, upload your photo, and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a solution. We unfortunately cannot accept returns if any of the vegetable plants have been handled or removed from the packaging after delivery.
