Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Your package will be shipped in 1 to 4 business days. Shipping is provided by USPS or other service as necessary. Shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact Revival Roots Nursery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. We only ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, MO, NM, NV, UT, WA, WY. All orders placed to an address outside of listed states will be refunded and may be subject to applicable merchant processing fees.
Revival Roots Nursery does accept returns. If you notice severe damage to the plants when you open your shipment, we kindly ask for you to take a photo of the plants STILL IN THE BOX. Then, please fill out the short form located on the Contact Us page under Returns and upload a photo. We only accept return/damaged goods submissions within 24 hours of package delivery. We unfortunately cannot accept returns if any of the plants have been handled or removed from the packaging after delivery. Upon receipt of the completed Returns submission you can expect Revival Roots Nursery to process your claim within 7 days.
Once your claim is confirmed, you may be presented with the following options:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
