A wonderfully crisp cucumber variety with slender 8" - 12" mild fruit. Sashimi cucumbers have a wonderfully sweet flavor and the plants have natural disease resistance against powdery mildew. We recommend growing the vines on a trellis or tomato cage. We love this variety for its additively sweet flavor and lack of bitterness found in some other cucumber varieties. Slice, pickle, garnish.... so many culinary possibilities!
