Similar to cauliflower, Romanesco produces stunningly green large heads with an interesting growing habit. Growing best in the cooler weather of the winter season, Romanesco will be a garden favorite with its Fibonacci shape. Romanesco is best roasted, grilled by cutting into large steaks, or puréed for a creamy texture.
