Poblano (Ancho) Pepper

Originally cultivated in Mexico, Poblano peppers have a waxy green exterior with a mildly spicy flavor. They are most often used in chilles rellenos but can also be prepared in a multitude of other dishes. When dried, they are known as Ancho peppers. We love this variety for it's powerful flavor and vigorous growing habit.
