Lacinato Kale

A garden favorite! Lacinato Kale, also commonly know as Dinosaur, Tuscan, or Flat Kale is a prolific grower that continues to produce week after week.  You are able to harvest the larger leaves leaving the smaller leaves to continue to grow. We love to cut it thinly for salads, sauté with garlic, and even add it to out morning smoothie! With dark and nutritious greens, Lacinato Kale is a must in all of our edible gardens!
