Burbank Slicing Tomato

Originally naturally developed in 1915, Burbank Slicing tomato is a wonderful versatile tomato for the spring season. This variety tends to produce 3"-4" fruit earlier in the season allowing for continual harvests.  We love this variety for its high acidity making it the perfect option for eating raw or preserving via canning.
